Results of active surveillance for food-borne diseases in Zigong City from 2015-2016

摘要 目的对2015—2016年自贡市食源性疾病主动监测结果进行分析,掌握自贡市食源性疾病的流行特征,为食源性疾病防控提供依据。方法选择自贡市14家二级及以上的综合医院作为哨点医院,开展哨点医院的食源性疾病病例监测和病原学检验,统计监测结果并进行描述性分析。结果 2015—2016年自贡市14家哨点医院共计开展食源性疾病病例监测1 771份,病原学检验494份,检出阳性病原体72份,总检出率为14.57%。其中检出沙门菌59份,诺如病毒12份,致泻性大肠1份。食源性疾病发生的重点季节是夏季;重点食品是肉与肉制品;重点人群是<5岁小孩;重点就餐场所是家庭;重点病原菌是沙门菌。自贡市食源性疾病防控应以夏季、以家庭、以0~5岁小孩、以肉与肉制品为主。结论自贡市食源性疾病致病菌以沙门菌为主,须提高食源性疾病主动监测能力,制定有效的防控措施。 [Objective] To analyze the results of food-borne diseases active surveillance in Zigong City from 2015-2016,obtain the epidemic features of food-borne diseases in Zigong City and provide basis for prevention and control. [Methods]14 general hospitals over level 2 in Zigong City were chosen as sentinel hospital,to carry out the food-borne illness monitoring and etiology inspection,and the monitoring results were descriptively analyzed. [Results]Totally 1 771 cases of food-borne diseases from 14 sentinel hospitals in Zigong City were monitored from 2015-2016. Among 494 cases for etiological examination,72 strains of pathogens were isolated with the total detection rate of 14.57%,including 59 strains of Salmonella,12 strains of norovirus and 1 strain of enteropathogenic Escherichia coli. The peak season of food-borne disease season appeared in summer,the key food was meat and meat products,high-risk group was children under five years old,key dining place was at home,and the key pathogen was Salmonella. The prevention and control of food-borne disease in Zigong City should focus on summer,family,children under five years,meat and meat products. [Conclusion] Salmonella is the main pathogen of food-borne diseases in Zigong City. It is necessary to improve the ability of active surveillance for food-borne disease and develop effective prevention and control measures.
