天津市某三甲医院护理人员人力资源现状 被引量:3

摘要 目的了解天津市某三甲医院护理队伍的现状,针对存在的问题,结合有关政策和工作实际,提出促进护理队伍专业化、职业化的对策建议。方法对2016年底687名天津市某三甲医院护理人员的学历、年龄、职称、科室分布情况等相关信息进行统计分析和评价。结果 2016年12月底天津市某三甲医院护理人员共687人,其中,男性12人,女性675人,平均年龄(31.35±9.91)岁;本科学历307人,(44.69%),大专学历322人,(46.87%),中专及以下58人,(8.44%);<35岁491人,(71.47%),50~55岁25人,(3.64%);正高级职称人员有1人,(0.15%),副高级职称7人,(1.02%),中级职称人员175人,(25.47%),初级504人,(73.36%)。687名天津市某三甲医院护理人员分布在20个临床及ICU等科室,其中,内系科室10个,共有护理人员270人,外系科室10个,共有护理护理人员179人,ICU护理人员71人,其他科室护理人员167名。结论天津市某三甲医院护理人员仍然未达到国家标准,仍需加强护理资源的配置,以确保医院护理工作安全有效的运行。 [Objective]To understand the human resources status of nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Tianjin,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the professionalization of nursing team according to existing problems,relevant policies and practical work.[Methods]By the end of 2016,the data of 687 nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Tianjin were statistically analyzed and evaluated,which included educational background,age,professional title and department distribution.[Results]There were totally 687 nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital of Tianjin at the end of December 2016,including 12 males and 675 females,with the average age of(31.35±9.91)years old. The educational background distribution showed that 207(44.69%)nurses had bachelor degree,322(46.87%)had junior college degree,and 58(8.44%)had technical secondary school degree or below. 71.47%(491 nurses)of them were below 35 years old and 3.64%(25 nurses)were aged 50-55 years old. 1 nurse had senior title,7 nurses had vice senior title,175 had intermediate title and 504 had primary title,which accounted for 0.15%,1.02%,25.47% and 73.36%,respectively. 687 nurses distributed in 20 clinical and ICU departments,that is 270 nurses in 10 internal medicine departments,179 nurses in surgical departments,71 nurses in ICU and 167 nurses in other departments.[Conclusion]The nursing staff in the grade-A tertiary hospital of Tianjin do not meet national standard. It is still necessary to strengthen the allocation of nursing resources to ensure the safe and effective operation of hospital nursing work.
