环介导等温扩增技术在肠道传染病检测中的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 环介导等温扩增(loop-mediated isothermal amplification,LAMP)技术是一种新型的分子生物学检测技术,该技术在60~65℃恒温条件下,反应1 h内,可把目的基因扩增到109倍。LAMP方法简单,检测快速,灵敏特异,无需特殊仪器,已广泛应用于多种细菌、病毒以及寄生虫等检测研究。充分利用LAMP技术优势,建立肠道传染病LAMP检测方法,可以提高诊断检测的效率与可靠性,节约检测时间及成本,为肠道传染病的防治提供有力的技术支持。该文综述了近年来LAMP在细菌性肠道传染病检测中的研究进展,并对LAMP方法在肠道传染病诊断中的应用前景做了展望。 Loop-mediated isothermal amplification(LAMP)technology is a new technology for molecular biology detection,which can amplify the specific target sequences to 109 level under the conditions of constant temperature at 60-65 ℃ within 1 hour. LAMP technology is characterized by rapidity,simplicity,high sensitivity,good specificity and no need for special instrumentation,and it has been widely applied in the detection of bacteria,viruses,parasite and other pathogens. On the basis of technological advantage of LAMP,the application of LAMP in detection of intestinal infectious diseases can improve the efficiency and reliability in diagnosis,save detection time and cost,and provide effective technical support for the prevention and treatment of intestinal infectious diseases.The article reviews the research progress of LAMP technology in detection of intestinal infectious diseases in recent years,and anticipates the prospect of LAMP in diagnosis of intestinal infectious diseases.
