人性化住院环境及护理对精神分裂患者康复的影响

The effect of humanistic environment and nursing on the rehabilitation of schizophrenic patients

目的探讨人性化住院环境及护理干预对精神分裂症患者康复效果的影响。方法将2015年6月-2016年6月肇庆市第三人民医院收治的112例精神分裂症患者随机分为观察组与对照组各56例。对照组住普通病房,接受精神科常规护理;观察组住人性化环境优化病房,在常规护理基础上接受针对性人性化护理。分别根据社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、日常生活能力量表(ADL)和自我管理能力测定量表对两组患者进行康复评价,并对比两组护理满意度。结果治疗后观察组SDSS、BPRS、ADL量表评分及各项自我管理能力评分均优于对照组,且观察组护理满意度评分为(89.78±4.89)分,高于对照组的(64.28±6.54)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人性化住院环境及护理能够有效提升精神分裂症患者的健康功能、日常生活能力和自我管理药物能力,提升护理满意度,有利于患者的康复和预后。

Objective To investigate the effect of humanistic environment and nursing on rehabilitation of patients with schizophrenia. Methods 112 cases of schizophrenia from June 2012 to June 2016 in Third People＇s Hospital of Zhaoqing were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 56 cases in each group. Patients in the control group lived in the general wards, received psychiatric routine care, patients in the observation group lived in the humanized environment optimization wards, and received the humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing. The rehabilitation evaluation and comparison of the two groups were appraised with social disability screening schedule（SDSS）, the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale（BPRS）, activity of daily living scale（ADL） and the self management ability scale,and the satisfaction of nursing between the two groups was compared. Results After treatment, the scores of SDSS, BPRS, ADL scale and self-management ability of the observation group were better than those of the control group; the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was（89.78 ±4.89） points, which was higher than that of the control group with（64.28 ±6.54） points, the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional nursing ward, humanized hospital environment and nursing can effectively enhance the schizophrenic patients＇ health function, daily life ability and self management ability of drugs, and improve nursing satisfaction of patients, which is conducive to the comprehensive rehabilitation and prognosis of patients.
