功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)是消化系统的多发病、常见病,单一的抗消化不良药物治疗效果欠佳,治疗效果不理想,容易反复且不良反应较大,近年中西医治疗FD多应用西药改进用药或联合用药、中药治疗、中医治疗、中西医结合治疗等,效果更好。西药改进用药治疗有改用莫沙必利等;联合用药治疗有抗焦虑或抗抑郁药文拉法辛等,根除幽门螺杆菌药等;中药治疗有四君子汤、调中消痞汤等;中医治疗有针灸治疗、穴位埋线治疗、腹部推拿等;中西医结合治疗包括莫沙必利联合胃复春、莫沙必利联合舒肝解郁胶囊、穴位埋线配合西药治疗等。根据比较各种治疗手段的疗效,发现中医药治疗有着巨大的优势,且具有很好的发展前景。对临床治疗具有重要的现实意义和实用价值。

The improved medication of Western medicine includes Mosapride; the drug combination of Western medicine includes Venlafaxine and eradication of Helicobacter pylori; Chinese medicine treatment includes Decoction of Four Mild Drugs and Regulating and Reducing Glomus Decoction; TCM treatment includes acupuncture treatment, acupoint catgut embedding therapy and abdominal massage; combined Chinese and western medicine treatment includes Mosapride combined with Weifuchun, Mosapride combined with Shuganjieyu capsule,acupoint catgut embedding therapy combined with Western medicine. According to the compare of curative effect of various treatment methods, it is found that TCM treatment has great advantages and has great development prospect.
