摘要
原子荧光光谱法(AFS)是原子光谱法中的一个重要分支。是介于原子发射光谱(AES)和原子吸收光谱(AAS)之间的光谱分析技术。至今已经走过50多年的发展道路。因其具有两种技术的优点,同时又克服了两者的不足,得到专家学者的广泛关注和深入研究。尤其是氢化物发生(HG)与原子荧光(AFS)的联用技术研究,为AFS在我国的普及和推广打下了基础。本文简单介绍了AFS的基础及氢化物发生-原子荧光法(HG-AFS)分析原理、分析特点及缺陷。重点综述了近年来HG-AFS分析技术在环境卫生领域的空气样品检测和水质检测中的应用进展,利用其分析特点对一些痕量元素(砷、硒、锡、锑、汞、铅等)检测的应用。阐述了AFS在环境卫生领域中发挥的重要作用及其广阔前景。
Atomic fluorescence spectrometry(AFS) is an important branch of atomic spectrometry. It is a spectral analytical technique between atomic emission spectroscopy(AES) and atomic absorption spectroscopy(AAS). So far, it has been developed for more than 50 years. Because of its advantages of two technologies at the same time, it overcomes the shortage of both, and gets the extensive attention and in-depth study of experts and scholars. In particular, the combination of hydride generation(HG) and atomic fluorescence(AFS) has laid a foundation for the popularization and popularization of AFS in China. This paper briefly introduces the basis of AFS and the analytical principle and analytical characteristics and defects of HG-AFS. The application of HG-AFS in air sample detection and water quality detection was reviewed in the field of environmental sanitation and the application of the analytical characteristics to the detection of trace elements(arsenic, selenium, tin, antimony, mercury, lead, etc.). The important role of AFS in environmental health and its broad prospects are described.
