摘要
目的实验室能力验证,是通过检测结果来证明实验室检测能力的一种方式。本文通过探讨食品中单核细胞增生李斯特菌检测的能力验证过程,为今后实验室病原生物的检测能力提供重要的参考依据。方法依据GB 4789.30-2016《食品安全国家标准食品微生物学检验单核细胞增生李斯特氏菌检验》中第一法对考核样品进行定性检验。结果考核样品编号17-H001的最终结果为检测出单核细胞增生李斯特菌;考核样品编号17-J001的最终结果为未检测出单核细胞增生李斯特菌。结论本次能力验证结果经考核组织机构结果反馈为满意。
Objective Laboratory proficiency testing is a way to demonstrate laboratory testing capability through test results. In this study, the validation process of test capability for Listeria monocytogenes in food will be the reference for laboratory detection ability of pathogenic organisms. Methods According to GB4789.30-2016 "national standard of food safety, food microbiology test, Listeria monocytogenes test",the first method was used for qualitative examination of the tested samples. Results The final test result of sample serial number 17-H001 was detected Listeria monocytogenes, the final test result of sample serial number 17-J001 was undetected Listeria monocytogenes. Conclusion The feedback result of assessment organization for this ability test is satisfied.
