摘要
目的探讨全髋关节置换术患者分阶段康复训练效果。方法选择宝坻区人民医院2014年12月-2016年12月单侧股骨头无菌性坏死行人工全髋关节置换术患者126例,随机分为观察组和对照组各63例。对照组采用常规的物理康复训练,观察组按制订的康复训练计划给予分阶段康复训练。分别在术后1个月、2个月对观察组、对照组进行康复训练效果观察。结果观察组患者术后1个月Harris评分优良率为79.36%,明显高于对照组的46.03%;观察组患者术后2个月Barthel指数评分较好率为93.65%,明显高于对照组的66.66%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论分阶段康复训练保证了康复训练计划的顺利实施,使患者康复训练标准化、系统化、规范化,有效保证全髋关节置换术后功能的良好恢复,提升患者生存质量,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of phased rehabilitation training for total hip arthroplasty patients. Methods A total of 126 patients with unilateral aseptic necrosis of the femoral head who underwent total hip arthroplasty in Baodi District People's Hospital from December 2014 to December 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 63 cases in each group.The control group received routine physical rehabilitation training. The observation group was given phased rehabilitation training according to the formulated rehabilitation training program. The effect of rehabilitation training was evaluated in the observation group and the control group at 1st month and 2nd month after operation respectively. Results The excellent rate of Harris score in the observation group at 1st month after operation was 79.36%, which was higher than that in the control group with 46.03%; The good rate of Barthel index in the observation group at 2nd month after operation was 93.65%, which was higher than that in the control group with 66.66%, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05). Conclusion The phased rehabilitation training can ensure the implementation of rehabilitation training program, systematize and standardize the rehabilitation training of patients, and ensure the functional recovery after total hip arthroplasty, improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth promoting.
