某中等专业学校聚集性结核疫情的调查分析

Investigation and analysis of clustered tuberculosis in a secondary vocational school

摘要 目的通过对某中等专业学校结核病疫情进行的调查处置,为制订学校结核病的防治工作提供有效的策略,为结核病疫情的处置提供参考。方法对全校全体教师职工及学生进行X线胸片筛查,对出现病例所在班级,所在楼层的教师及学生进行X线胸片检查、PPD及结核抗体检查,对异常者进一步做痰涂片等相关检查,并做有效管控和后续的治疗;对未见异常者在其知情、自愿的基础上建议预防性服药。结果本次疫情共发现18例确诊病例,其中4例为主动就诊后确诊,14例均为筛查过程中发现的结核病患者;病例均为男生,15~18岁,其中一年级16例,二年级2例。结论学校是人群密集的特殊的场所,加强学校结核病防治教育及日常监测对早发现并及时处置疫情尤为重要。 Objective Through the investigation and disposal of the epidemic situation of tuberculosis in a secondary school, to provide effective strategies for the prevention and control work of tuberculosis in the school, provide a reference for tuberculosis epidemic disposal. Methods X-ray examination was performed on all teachers, staff and students in the school, X chest radiography, PPD and tuberculosis antibody test were performed on the teachers and students in class and floor where the cases occurred. For the abnormal people the sputum smear examination and other related examinations should be done further, and make effective control and follow-up treatment; for the abnormal people recommended preventive medication in the informed and voluntary basis. Results 18 confirmed cases were found in the epidemic, of which 4 cases were active treatment after diagnosed, 14 cases were found in the process of screening for tuberculosis patients; the cases were male, 15~18 years old, including 16 cases in the first grade and 2 cases in the second grade. Conclusion Schools are the special places where people are crowded. It is important to strengthen the education and routine monitoring of tuberculosis prevention and control for the early detection and disposal of the epidemic.
