脑梗死并发偏侧舞蹈症1例患者的循证护理

Evidence-based nursing for a patient with cerebral infarction accompanied with hemichorea

目的为脑梗死并发偏侧舞蹈症的患者制订循证护理方案。方法针对患者的临床表现,提出护理问题,应用循证护理方法,检索数据库,为患者制订个体化护理措施并观察患者疗效。结果经过3周的系统治疗,患者偏侧舞蹈症状基本消失,情绪稳定,右侧肢体肌力恢复至Ⅳ级,肌张力略减低,未发生护理不良事件,临床效果满意。结论脑梗死并发偏侧舞蹈症患者虽在临床上不常见,但是其临床表现为患者身体和心理带来痛苦及安全隐患,护理人员根据患者的表现,制订和实施个性化的护理措施可取得满意的临床效果。

Objective To develop a measure of evidence-based nursing for patients with cerebral infarction accompanied with hemichorea. Methods According to the clinical manifestations of the patient and put forward nursing problems, by searching database, using the methods of evidence-based nursing for patients to develop a personalized care measure, and observe the efficacy of treatment. Results After 3 weeks of systematical treatment, t he patient got unilateral symptoms disappeared, emotional stability, the right limb muscle strength recovered to grade Ⅳ, muscle tension decreased slightly, and no nursing adverse events occurred. The clinical results were satisfactory. Conclusion Although the patient with cerebral infarction complicated with hemichorea in clinical practice is not common, the clinical manifestations give patients the physical and psychological pain and risks. Personnel nursing care according to the clinical manifestations of patients can get satisfactory clinical effect.
