钙离子预处理脱矿牙本质胶原对原花青素交联效果的影响 被引量:3

The effect of calcium pretreatment on the stability of proanthocyanidin-biomodified dentin collagen

摘要 目的:探讨钙离子预处理牙本质胶原对原花青素交联效果的影响。方法:牙本质片经磷酸完全脱矿后分为2组,即氯化钙预处理组和未处理组,每组牙本质片分为3个亚组:去离子水组(阴性对照)、戊二醛组(阳性对照)、原花青素组。通过测定牙本质片酶解后的质量损失、羟脯氨酸释放、抗弯强度变化以及透射电镜形貌观察,评估交联后牙本质胶原抗酶解能力和力学性能。结果:戊二醛或原花青素交联处理均可以减少牙本质胶原的降解(P<0.05),并提高其抗弯强度(P<0.05);钙离子预处理可进一步提高原花青素的交联作用,表现为抗酶解能力的提高(P<0.05)和抗弯强度的稳定性(P<0.05)。结论:钙离子预处理脱矿牙本质胶原可增强原花青素对牙本质胶原的交联作用。 Objective:The aim of current study was to investigate the effect of calcium pretreatment on the stability of proanthocyanidin-biomodified dentin collagen.Methods:Phosphoric acid-demineralized dentin beams were divided into two groups:with or without calcium chloride pretreatment.Dentin beams from each groups were divided into three subgroups:deionized water group(negative control),glutaradehyde group(positive control),and proanthocyanidin group.The crosslinking effect of proanthocyanidin on dentin beams was evaluated by measuring mass loss,hydroxyproline release,and flexural strength change after biodegradation and evidenced by transmission electron microscopy.Results:Both glutaradehyde and proanthocyanidin could lower the collagen degradation(P〈0.05) and improve the flexural strength of dentin beams(P〈0.05).Calcium pretreatment could further enhance the crosslinking effect of proanthocyanidin on dentin collagen.Conclusion:Calcium pretreatment could improve the crosslinking effect of proanthocyanidin on dentin collagen.
