不同附着体系统支持的下颌种植覆盖义齿咀嚼效率比较 被引量:4

Chewing efficiency with different attachment systems of implant overdentures

摘要 目的:对比分析Locator和球帽附着体系统支持的下颌种植覆盖义齿咀嚼效率。方法:选取全口无牙牙合患者16例,随机分成2组;下颌植入2枚种植体后分别使用Locator和球帽附着体系统完成覆盖义齿修复,分别设为(LCT)组和(BAC)组,3个月后分别计算咀嚼效率。结果:下颌种植覆盖义齿使用Locator或球帽附着系统咀嚼效率增加量差异无统计学意义。结论:种植覆盖义齿使用Locator或球帽附着系统均能有效提高咀嚼效率,均值得临床推广。 Objective:This crossover study aimed to evaluate and compare chewing efficiency with Locator and ballcap systems of of implant overdentures in mandibles.Methods:Sixteen edentulous patients with two implants were inserted in the mandible.In a random method,overdentures were connected to the implants with either Locator(LCT) or ball-cap(BAC)systems.Three months after osseointegration,increased masticatory efficiencies were figured out.Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups referring to increased chewing efficiency(P〉0.05).Conclusion:Masticatory efficiency of patients restored by implant overdentures can be enhanced both with Locator and ball-cap systems.
