多乐氟(Duraphat)用于预防乳牙继发龋的临床观察 被引量:3

The application of Duraphat in the prevention of secondary caries after restoration in primary teeth

摘要 目的:观察评估多乐氟(Duraphat)用于儿童乳牙龋病充填后预防和降低继发龋的治疗效果。方法:选择4~6岁乳磨牙龋病充填修复后,实验组204颗患牙行全口牙列涂多乐氟保护漆,每3~6个月定期复查并涂氟保护漆;对照组198颗患牙则充填修复完成后定期随访复查。结果:1年后实验组继发龋33颗;对照组继发龋69颗;12个月和24个月继发龋发病率实验组与对照组比较,两组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:多乐氟(Duraphat)能有效预防儿童乳牙龋病充填后继发龋的发生,改善口腔环境,值得临床推广。 Objective:The clinical effects of Duraphat in the prevention of secondary caries after restoration in primary teeth.Methods:Two hundred and four primary teeth were choosed which referred to the restoration and fluoridation every 3 to 6 months.The control group included 198 primary teeth with only restoration.Cases of both groups were chosen from children aged from 4 to 6 years old.Results:One year later,in experimental group new caries were found in 33 cases.While69 secondary caries were formed in the control group.The data showed significant difference between the two groups(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The Duraphat was effective in the prevention of secondary caries after restoration,promotion of the oral condition and reducing the caries rates.It's worthy of extensive use in the pediatric dentistry.
