调控乳牙生理性根吸收的细胞及分子机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 乳牙生理性根吸收是一种正常的生理现象,该过程从乳牙根未吸收到乳牙根吸收直至乳牙脱落及继承恒牙萌出。这一系列过程主要由破牙细胞介导。目前研究认为,乳牙生理性根吸收是由牙囊作为启动子参与调控牙槽骨、牙根的吸收与改建。但是继承恒牙胚缺失的情况下乳牙根吸收仍会发生。本文就乳牙生理性根吸收过程中发挥调控作用的细胞及分子机制的研究现状作一综述。
