摘要
甲状腺结节是临床常见疾病。随着微创外科技术的日益发展,甲状腺结节的消融治疗也成为近年来的研究热点。常用于甲状腺的热消融技术有:射频消融、微波消融、激光消融。本文通过对超声引导下经皮热消融治疗甲状腺结节的研究情况进行综述,从而为临床相关治疗与研究提供参考。
Objective Thyroid nodules are common clinical diseases. With the development of minimally invasive surgery, ablation of thyroid nodules has become a hot research topic in recent years. Thermal ablation techniques used in the thyroid gland include: radiofrequency ablation, microwave ablation, laser ablation. This paper reviewed the study of ultrasound guided percutaneous ablation in treatment of thyroid nodules, so as to provide reference for clinical treatment and research.
