近几年,农业走出去面临农业投资并购高速发展、"一带一路"农业合作步伐加快的大环境,从农业自身发展而言,需要弥补农业对外投资弱质性和培育农业领域跨国公司。以市场为导向的农业走出去,需要用灵活且持续的资金融通保障资源的有效配置。因此,本文提出现阶段应以政策性金融为主导力量、以货币信贷为主要方式、以金融创新为方向等发展导向,提出继续巩固现有部际合作机制,构建多层次、宽领域、差异化的金融支持体系,组建以股权投资为主的开放式专项产业基金等相关建议。
