摘要
目的 :研究九香气雾剂对大鼠缺血 再灌注损伤心肌的保护作用及其可能的作用机理。方法 :在急性心肌缺血 再灌注损伤大鼠模型上 ,观察一氧化氮 (NO)、内皮素 (ET)和降钙素基因相关肽 (CGRP)的变化。结果 :九香气雾剂能明显降低缺血 再灌注大鼠血清ET含量 ,显著升高NO和CGRP含量 ,与生理盐水组比较均有统计学差异。
Through observing NO, ET and CGRP on the model of mice with acute myocardial ischemia reperfusion to study preventive and theraputic effect and possible functionary mechanism of Jiuxiang Aerosol resisting myocardial ischemia reperfusion on mice. The result shows that Jiuxiang Aerosol reduces dramatically the content of ET, while increases the content of CGRP and NO in period of acute myocardial ischemia and reperfusion, which has statistical difference compared to normal saline group.
