股权众筹作为互联网金融的一个重要形式．为众多的创业企业提供了新的机遇和发展的可能性。”领投＋跟投”模式是我国股权众筹主要融资模式．基于这一模式的治理需求和治理逻辑，构建”领投＋跟投”模式参与者的三方代理模型，探讨我国股权众筹融资下各参与方权益获取途径的治理机制。
