基于PDCA理论的高职院校会计专业顶岗实习过程管理研究

Research on process management practice of accounting major in Higher Vocational Colleges Teaching Based on PDCA theory

本文针对顶岗实习过程管理现状，通过调研问卷、访谈等研究方法，查找存在的问题及成因，指出学校、企业、学生各方在顶岗实习过程管理中存在的问题。通过应用PDCA理论及其具有的循环改进特点，对高职院校会计专业顶岗实习过程管理进行了重新梳理和完善。

in this paper, the internship process management present situation, through the questionnaire, interviews and other research methods, problems and causes are pointed out to find, school, enterprise, the students all problems in practice process management issues in the post. Improved characteristics through PDCA theory and its application has a cycle, process control of the practice of accounting in higher vocational education field has been redefined and perfect.
