论东北三省跨界民族非物质文化遗产保护方式

On the Protection of Intangible Cultural Heritage in Three Provinces of Northeast China

东北三省有五个跨界民族——朝鲜族、赫哲族、鄂伦春族、鄂温克族和俄罗斯族。在"一带一路"国际合作视阈下,东北三省跨界民族与邻国同源民族非物质文化遗产保护可以提升跨界民族非遗保护的国际地位,展示中国多元文化的世界窗口,促进跨界民族文化的国际交流,促进各国经济交往,有利于提高东北三省在全国和国际中的文化地位和经济地位。跨界民族非物质文化遗产保护方式要同源跨界民族非遗比较与协同保护,非物质文化遗产与物质文化遗产保护相辅相成,加快跨界民族非物质文化遗产产品合作开发,加强跨界民族非物质文化遗产文化交流,完善法律保护机制责权明确。

The three northeastern provinces have five cross-border ethnic groups： Korean, Hezhe, Oroqen, Ewenki and Russian.
