饮食护理干预在老年H型高血压患者的应用探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨饮食护理干预在老年H型高血压患者中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月~2017年1月我科收治的老年H型高血压患者80例作为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理。观察组在常规护理的基础上给予饮食护理干预。比较两组护理效果。结果观察组Hcy水平、高Hcy血症的患病率、饮食知识掌握率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对老年H型高血压患者采用饮食护理干预能够显著改善患者Hcy水平,降低高Hcy血症患病率,提高患者饮食知识掌握率,更好的控制血压,具有临床应用价值。 Objective Objective to explore and analyze the effect of diet nursing on elderly h--type hypertension patients. Methods All elderly H hypertensive patients from January 2015 to January 2015 in our hospital during the period were selected as the study object. According to the different nursing methods, 80 patients were divided into control group and observation group and control group. Routine nursing care was given in control group. Observation group on the basis of conventional nursing give diet nursing care. Compare the nursing effects of the two groups. Results the prevalence of Hcy, high Hcy, and the knowledge of dietary knowledge were significantly better than those in the control group(P〈0. 05), and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion H for the elderly hypertensive patients with diet nursing care can significantly improve the patient's level of Hcy, reduce the prevalence of high Hcy levels, increase the rate of the patient's diet knowledge, better control of blood pressure, clinical significance and value.
