摘要
随着全球经济的整合,数字化、信息化、网络化的趋势已成为时代的主要特征,所以现代物流行业必将朝着这个方向继续快速地发展,其中品牌形象的设计会是客户体验重要的一环。文章从调研和品牌接触点分析得出适合快递行业的品牌形象的设计导向,其中安全性、时效性、规范性都是品牌形象中的重点。
With the increase of the global economic integration.In the modern logistics industry,Express industry must be moving in this direction,continue the rapid development,the design of the brand image is an important part of the customer experience.In this paper,a research is conducted to analysis the brand contact for the express industry brand image design.The security,timeliness,standardization is the main points for the brand image.
