依托在线学习平台构建继续教育学分互认体系的实践探索与研究

Practical Exploration and Research on Building of Credit Transfer and Accumulation System of Continuing Education Based on Online Learning Platform

通过构建天津城市职业学院继续教育学分银行,搭建学分银行在线学习平台,通过线上线下的服务,构建成人、电大、高职、社区教育等各类各层次学习成果的认定与转换,满足学员个性化、多样化学习和发展的需求。我院尝试在基层学校先行先试建立学分银行,通过一段时间的试运行,不断总结和完善,形成可复制的、具有推广意义的学分银行管理机制,自下而上推动天津市学分银行的建立。

Through building of credit bank of continuing education of Tianjin City Vocational College, online learning platform of credit bank is established, and through online and offline services, the affirmation and transfer system of learning achievements at all levels including adult education, open university education, higher vocational education, and community education is set up, to satisfy the per- sonalized and diversified learning and development needs of students. Our college has tried to firstly es- tablish credit bank in basic level school, and after trial operation for some time, reproducible credit bank management mechanism with significance in popularization has been formed through constant summary and improvement, so as to promote the establishment of credit banks in Tianjin City from bottom to top.
