自动痔疮套扎、外痔切剥术与太宁栓联合治疗混合痔的临床研究

Clinical efficacy of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with external stripping operation plus Titanoreine suppository in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid

目的探究自动痔疮套扎、外痔切剥术与太宁栓联合治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法选择2014年9月至2016年10月本科室收治的90例Ⅲ~Ⅳ度混合痔患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组,每组各45例。对照组患者给予自动痔疮套扎加外痔切剥术治疗,联合组患者给予自动痔疮套扎、外痔切剥术与太宁栓联合治疗。观察两组患者疗效、术后肛门坠胀疼痛评分、恢复及并发症发生情况。结果联合组总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与手术当天相比,两组术后7 d坠胀疼痛评分均显著降低。术后7 d,联合组患者坠胀疼痛评分、创面愈合时间以及住院时间显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。联合组并发症总发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自动痔疮套扎、外痔切剥术与太宁栓联合治疗提高了混合痔患者临床疗效,降低了并发症发生率,利于促进患者术后康复。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with external stripping operation plus Titanoreine suppository in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoid. Methods According to the random number table method, 90 cases of Ⅲ~Ⅳdegree mixed hemorrhoid in our hospital were randomly divided into the combination group（45 cases） and the control group（45 cases）. The control group were treated with automatic ligation of hemorrhoids and external stripping operation. The combination group were additionally treated with Titanoreine suppository. The treatment effect, postoperative pain score, wound healing time and postoperative complications were observed and compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. In the two groups, postoperative pain score on 7th day after operation decreased significantly. Postoperative pain score, wound, healing time and hospitalization time in the combination group were significantly lower than the control group on 7th day after operation（all P 〈 0.05）. The rate of postoperative complications in the combination group was significantly lower than the control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Automatic ligation of hemorrhoids combined with external stripping operation plus Titanoreine suppository can improve the clinical treatment effect of patients with mixed hemorrhoid,and reduce the rate of postoperative complications, as well as promote the rehabilitation of patients.
