摘要
通过工程实例,介绍和探讨了国际工程EP总承包的项目整体管理的要点,并提出了相关建议,以供其他国际工程EP总承包的项目管理予以借鉴。
With the project case, the key points of the integrate project management of international EP project were introduced and analyzed, and related suggestions were proposed, thus the reference for other international EP project management was provided.
