Following the Rule of the Nature about the Essenec of Differentiation and Treatment in TCM

以中医学形气互化的新陈代谢立论角度 ,提出应该以方与圆两种辨证方法有机结合的方圆辨证作为中医学辨证论治总纲 ,以更好更完善地开展辨证论治。

This thesis points out that it isn't perfect to consider the Eight Principal syndromes to be the essence of the differentiation,for it emphasizes particularly on the differentiation deprived from the ancient theory of the square shape of the earth. Based on the attitude of the invertible transform of physique and vital energy,it argues that square and round differentiation, which combines the two differentiation methods:square differentiation and round differentiation,should be the essence of the differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine. And this will make it better to carry out the differentiation and the treatment.
