龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗难治性肾病综合征18例疗效观察

18 Cases Obstinete Nephrotic Syndrome's Treatment by A Decoction of Long Dan Xie Gan

目的 :探讨肾病综合征的中医治疗。方法 :选择 18例难治性肾病综合征患者。采用泻肝胆实火、清下焦湿热法治疗。结果 :完全缓解 11例 ,部分缓解 5例 ,无效 2例 ,总缓解率为88 9%。结论 :用龙胆泻肝汤加减治疗难治性肾病综合征取得满意疗效。

Objective:To discuss the Nephrotic Syndrome's treatment by Chinese Traditional Medicine. Method:To pick up 18 cases with obstinate Nephrotic Syndrome,to use the plan of removing the liver and gallbladder execssive fire,eliminating lower jiao damp heat. Result:11 cases cure completely,5 cases cure partially,2 cases inefficacy. The curative frank is 88.9%. Conclusion:to treat obstinate Nephrotic Syndrome,there is a satisfactory curative effect by a decoction of Long Dan Xie Gan.
