摘要
教师培训工作要求培训管理者以人为本,以受训教师为核心进行角色转换,从单一管理到承担多重角色,运用心理学"共情"技术深度陪伴、激发,促进受训教师有效学习、共同成长。
The teacher training requests that managers should be people oriented and regard trained teachers as the core convert the role. They should change a single management into multiple roles. What's more, they will deeply accompany, inspire and promote trained teachers to learn effectively and make progress together by using Empathy Technology in psychology.
