磁共振SWI序列在隐匿性脑微出血中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探析磁共振SWI序列在隐匿性脑微出血中的应用价值。方法研究时间:2015年10月~2017年1月。研究对象:30例在我院就诊检查的隐匿性脑微出血患者,所有患者均进行磁共振SWI序列扫面检查,观察其影像学病理特征。结果检查显示存在圆形低信号,且还有部分病灶周围可见单层成双层的环形信号,病灶分布不均,数量不一,大小不等。结论目前,就针对隐匿性脑微出血均进行磁共振SWI序列扫面检查后,不仅对疾病特征分析明确,且出现误诊漏诊的状况较少,为临床疾病的鉴别与诊断提供了理论依据,具有临床推广价值。 Objective To explore the clinical application of SWI (susceptibility weighted imaging) in the diagnosis of recessive cerebral micro-bleeding (rCMB). Methods 30 patients with rCMB treated from October 2015 to January 2017 in our hospital were selected. The SWI was available. The imaging features were observed. Results According to SWI examination results, the circular low signals were presented. The mono-layer and double-layer circular signals were seen in the surrounding tissues of some lesions. The lesions were featured as uneven distributions, different mounts and sizes. Conelusion For patients with rCMB, the SWI can make a clear diagnosis in the pathological features. Thus it is possible Io reduce the rate of erroneous diagnosis. It provides the theory basis in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis ofrCMB. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
