摘要
通过检测分析GCr15炉外精炼过程钢中钙化处理前后夹杂物及铸坯夹杂物的形貌和成分的变化,可知钙化处理后钢中夹杂物和铸坯中夹杂物存在大量的CaS夹杂,CaS夹杂熔点较高,不利于夹杂物的去除。通过优化工艺后,取消钙处理后,铸坯中的夹杂物主要为低熔点钙镁铝酸盐或钙铝酸盐。
Through analysis of morphology and composition changes of inclusions before and after calcium treatment and those in casting slabs during GCr15 refining process, we found a large number of Ca S inclusions. And Ca S inclusions have high melting point and is not conducive to the removal of inclusions. After optimizing the process and removing calcium treatment, the inclusions in the slab are mainly calcium magnesium aluminate or calcium aluminate with low melting points.
