废塑料用于烧结实验研究

摘要 将三种废塑料聚苯乙烯、聚丙烯和聚乙烯替代部分焦粉进行烧结研究,随着聚苯乙烯替代焦粉用量的增加,烧结矿转鼓强度先升高后降低,垂直烧结速度、成品率和利用系数均下降。聚苯乙烯等废塑料在烧结过程平均粒度要求比焦粉高。三种塑料在适宜的置换比(0.62)和平均粒度下替换10%的焦粉进行烧结试验,烧结矿转鼓强度均有提高,利用系数保持相对稳定。 Three kinds of plastic wastes such as polystyrene, polypropylene and polyethylene are used to take place of coke powder for sintering research. With the increase of polystyrene, sinter drum strength increased at first and then decreased, vertical sintering speed,yield and utilization coefficient all decreased. In the sintering process, requirement for average particle size of waste plastics such as polystyrene is stricter than coke powder. When replacement ratio( 0.62) and average particle size are proper, three kinds of plastics replaced 10% of the coke powder for sintering tests, the sinter drum strength was improved, and the utilization coefficient remained relatively stable.
