摘要
分析和阐述美军、英军、俄军等外军健康管理的实施策略,借鉴其在健康管理领域的最新研究进展和经验做法,结合新体制下我军实际,提出加强我军健康管理发展四点思考,旨在为我军健康管理的组织实施提供参考,更好促进部队战斗力生成。
This article analyzes and summarizes the implementation strategy of health management about US military,British troops,Russian troops and other foreign armed forces. The author puts forward four suggestions for PLA health management based on the advanced reference researches and experiences of foreign armed forces in practice under the new system after military reform. This paper aim to offer some recommendations for the improvement of PLA health management. It can also help to strengthen the combat effectiveness of troops simultaneously.
