摘要
目的探讨实用新型专利——多功能防手部肿胀防拔管手部护具在危重患者人性化约束中的应用效果。方法重症医学科约束患者随机分为对照组与观察组。对照组采用传统约束法,即用普通布艺约束带给予腕部约束,护士也按约束操作规范进行约束过程中的护理观察;观察组采用多功能防手部肿胀防拔管手部护具进行约束,护士按约束操作规范进行约束过程中的护理观察。结果通过新型手部护具的应用,患者保护性约束导致的肢体肿胀、约束皮肤破溃及瘀青明显下降(P<0.05),同时非计划拔管率无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论多功能防手部肿胀防拔管手部护具优于传统约束方式,能降低患者约束部位肿胀,皮肤破溃及瘀青的发生,并减少患者烦躁、屈辱、害怕等负性情绪,提升患者对护士的满意度,融洽护患关系。
Objective To explore the application effect of a patent for utility models-a multifunctional hand protector for anti-swelling and anti-extubation in humanized constriction of critically ill patients. Methods The constraint patients of intensive care unit were randomly divided into control group and observation group. In the control group,the conventional restraint method of common cloth binding tape was used to wrist restraint,and nurses’ care observation were carried out according to the restraint operation standard; the observation group was restrained by the multifunctional hand protector for anti-swelling and for anti-extubation,and nurses’ care observation were carried out according to the restraint operation standard. Results Patients’ limb swelling,restricted skin rupture and bruising caused by protective restraint were decreased through the application of new hand protectors( P 〈 0. 05),and unplanned extubation rate did not change significantly( P 〉 0. 05). Conclusion The multifunctional hand protector for anti-swelling and anti-extubation are superior to traditional restraints,it can reduce the patients’ limb swelling,restricted skin rupture and bruising as well as the negative emotions such as irritability,humiliation and fear,so the patients’ satisfaction with the nurses is improved and the nurse-patient relationship is more harmonious as well.
