康复训练对于精神分裂症患者生活质量的疗效

The effect of rehabilitation training for schizophrenia patients' quality of life

目的研究康复训练对于精神分裂症患者生活质量的疗效。方法出院后的精神分裂症患者分为干预组(40例)和对照组(40例),干预组给予6个月的康复训练,对照组仅是普通的门诊随访,采用精神分裂症患者生活质量量表中文版(SQLS)、Morning Side康复状态量表(MRSS)和患者用药依从性测量问卷(Morisky questionnaire),在出院时和出院6个月后分别进行评估。结果干预组患者在出院时和6个月后的SQLS、MRSS和Morisky分值的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中SQLS的动机/精力分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。而对照组患者在出院时和6个月后的SQLS、MRSS和Morisky分值的差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05),两组的比较也仅是SQLS的动机/精力分值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余分值的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复训练有助于精神分裂症患者生活质量的改善。

Objective Study the effect of rehabilitation training for schizophrenia patients＇ quality of life. MethodsDischarged patients with schizophrenia were divided into intervention group（40 cases）and control group（40 cases）. Intervention group was given six months of rehabilitation training and the control group was only ordinary outpatient follow-up. We used the schizophrenia quality of life scale（SQLS）、morning side rehabilitation state scales（MRSS）and Morisky questionnaire to evaluate the patients when they were discharged and 6 months after discharge. Results The differences of the SQLS,MRSS and Morisky scores had statistical significance（P〈0.05）with intervention group patients at discharge and 6 months after,of which the SQLS motivation/energy score difference had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）. While the differences of the SQLS,MRSS and Morisky scores with control group patients at discharge and 6 months after were not statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The comparison of the two groups also showed only the SQLS motivation/energy score was not statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）,and the rest of the scores difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Rehabilitation training helps to improve schizophrenia patients＇ quality of life.
