膀胱镜手术后心理干预对病人预后的影响

Influence of psychological intervention on prognosis of patients after cystoscope surgery

目的探讨心理干预治疗对膀胱镜手术后病人预后的影响。方法收集我院2015年2月~2017年2月泌尿外科接受膀胱镜手术检查的100例患者,采用随机数字法将其分为对照组和观察组,两组各50例。对照组术后给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上给予心理干预,比较两组患者疼痛度、心理状况和并发症情况。结果观察组术后3天的VAS疼痛评分较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后3天的SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后血尿、尿道灼痛持续时间均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予膀胱镜手术后患者心理干预有助于减轻患者疼痛感,消除焦虑、抑郁负性心理,促进并发症康复,效果显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of psychological intervention in the prognosis of patients after cystoscopy surgery. Method We collected 100 patients who underwent cystoscopy in Department of Urology in our hospital from February 2015 to 2017 February. According to the order of admission,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,each group were 50 cases. The control group received routine nursing after cystoscopy surgery,and the observation group received psychological intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The pain degree,psychological status and complications of the two groups were compared. Result After 3 days of surgery,scores of VAS in the observation group were lower than those in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the SAS,SDS scores in the observation were significantly lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the postoperative hematuria and the time of urethral burning pain in the observation group was lower than those the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention after cystoscopy can relieve pain,eliminate anxiety and depression,and promote recovery of complications.
