聚焦解决模式对剖腹产手术产妇心理与生理应激反应的影响

The impact of solution-focused approach on psychological and physiological stress of parturients undergone caesarean section

目的探究聚焦解决模式对剖腹产手术产妇心理应激与生理应激反应的影响。方法选择2015年3月~2016年3月行剖宫产的94例产妇为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各47例,对照组给予产科常规护理,观察组则在常规护理的基础上联合应用聚焦解决模式,比较两组产妇心理应激、生理应激反应指标达标情况。结果观察组焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分减分值、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分减分值均≥10分,且减分幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.01);血糖、肾上腺素、皮质醇浓度升高值低于目标控制值,且均小于对照组(P<0.01)。结论聚焦解决模式有利于降低剖腹产手术产妇心理应激与生理应激反应,可作为剖宫产术产妇一种有效的护理干预方案。

Objective To study the effect of solution-focused approach on psychological stress and physiological stress of parturients undergone caesarean section. Methods 94 parturients who was going to have caesarean section were selected as study subjects from March 2015 to March 2016 and were divided into the observation group（n=47）and the control group（n=47）. The control group were given conventional nursing,whereas the observation group were offered conventional nursing and solution-focused approach. Psychological and physiological stress was compared between two groups via assessment scales and blood tests. Results The reduction of SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were ≥ 10,and were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.01）;the increased level of blood glucose,adrenaline,and cortisol were all lower than the target control values,and were all significantly lower than control group（P〈0.01）. Conclusion Solution-focused approach can help to reduce psychological and physiological stress reaction after caesarean section,can be used as one of the effective nursing intervention plans.
