人性化手术室护理对轻度脑外伤手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响

Effect of humanistic operation room nursing on anxiety and depression mood in patients with mild traumatic brain injury

目的探讨人性化手术室护理对轻度脑外伤手术患者焦虑抑郁情绪的影响。方法收集2015年1月至2017年1月就诊于我院神经外科的轻度脑外伤手术患者80例,按随机数字法分为对照组与观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予人性化手术室护理。比较两组患者对轻度脑外伤知识掌握成都、焦虑抑郁情绪及对医护人员满意度。结果出院时,观察组患者脑外伤先关知识总掌握率为97.5%,显著高于对照组为75.0%(P<0.05);观察组患者焦虑抑郁情绪评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总满意率95.0%,显著高于对照组总满意率75.0%(P<0.05)。结论人性化手术室护理能够减轻轻度脑外伤手术患者的不良情绪,增加患者康复几率,并且促进护患关系的和谐发展。

Objective To observe the effect of humanistic operation room nursing on anxiety and depression mood in patients with mild traumatic brain injury. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017,we collected 80 patients with mild brain trauma undergoing surgery,then the 80 patients were randomly divided into the experimental group or the control group. The control group received conventional nursing,while the experimental group received humanistic operation room nursing on the basis of conventional one. The mastery of mild brain trauma medical knowledge,anxiety and depression mood and satisfaction with doctors and nurses were compared between the two groups. Results When discharging,the rate of mastering knowledge was 97.5% in the observation group,which was higher than the control group 75.0%（P〈0.05）. Anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）. The total nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was 95.0%,which was higher than that in the control group 75.0%,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanistic operation room nursing can relieve mild brain trauma surgery patients perioperative negtive emotion,establish the confidence of patient adherence to treatment,and promote the harmonious development of the relationship between nurses and patients.
