基于Quantum的DCS在大型氦气试验回路中的应用与优化

摘要 以国家重大专项高温气冷堆核电站项目大型氦气实验回路为背景,通过对实验系统、实验大纲的研究及其功能需求的划分给出适合于实验项目的 DCS远程监测控制系统的设计及实现方法。阐述了基于Modicon Quantum CPU、M340 CPU、Citect及Uinty Pro等软硬件设备的离散监测控制系统在实验项目中的应用。同时针对实验系统与一般工业生产系统的不同对DCS系统的可靠性、数据存储等进行了优化。最后对系统的软硬件组成、主要逻辑组态和数据存储等内容进行了说明。实验运行证明该系统能很好地完成大型氦气试验平台调试运行中的工程监测、远程控制及数据存储等功能。确保实验能够按预定计划进行。 The design of the DCS remote monitoring and control system suitable for the high-temperature gas-cooled reactor nuclear power plant project is given through the division of the experimental system and the experimental functional requirements. This paper describes the application of discrete monitoring and control system based on Modicon Quantum CPU, Citect and Uinty Pro hardware and software equipment in experimental project. At the same time, for the different of experimental system and the general industrial production system, the reliability, data storage function were optimized. Finally, the hardware and software components of the system, the main logic configuration and data storage and other content were described. The experimental operation proves that the system can accomplish the functions of engineering monitoring, remote control and data storage in the large-scale helium test platform.
