钢结构焊接中存在的问题与对策

摘要 钢材在工程领域被广泛的使用,其连接主要通过焊接来实现,而这个过程受到很多因素的影响,首先是尺寸因素;其次选择焊接的地方也直接影响焊件的质量;最后材料外形等也是关键影响因素,由于这些问题无法得到解决,因此焊接的钢材几乎都有不同程度的质量问题,这就使得工程质量不能得到有效的保证。笔者有着多年行业工作经验,对钢材焊接有着深刻的了解,本文主要研讨钢材焊接出现的相关问题,并提出自己的见解,以期提高其焊接质量,进而保证工程质量。 Steel is widely used in the field of engineering, the main connection by welding to achieve, and this process is influenced by many factors, the first is the size factor, followed by the choice of welding place also directly affects the quality of welding materials, shape is the key factor in influence, because these problems cannot be solved, so the welding of steel almost all have different degrees of quality, which makes the quality of the project can not be effectively guaranteed. I have many years of industry experience, the welding of steel have a profound understanding of the existing problems, this paper mainly studies the welding of steel, and put forward their own views, in order to improve the welding quality, and ensure the quality of the project.
