As an important magic weapon for enterprises to economic benefits, intellectual property rights have attracted much attention due to their special significance.This paper heg property rights, reveals the adverse effects of intellectual property monopoly, and ins with the anti-monopoly of intellectual puts forwatd measures to solve the problem of anti-monopoly from the 2 angles of state and enterprise, so as to promote the establishment of benign protection system of intellectual property rights.
