基于农业用水的新疆水资源利用策略研究

Study on Water Resources Utilization Strategy of Xinjiang Based on Agricultural Water

在介绍新疆水资源现状及利用问题的基础上,分析了农业灌溉工程建设、农业工程节水、作物结构调整、抗旱节水品种培育以及滴灌节水栽培等综合措施对新疆水资源利用的作用,指出新疆水资源利用问题的解决是一个系统工程,需要政府、水利、法律、科研和生产等多方共同努力,多管齐下,坚持不懈。

On the basis of introducing the present situation and utilization of water resources in Xinjiang,this paper analyzes the effects of comprehensive measures on water resources utilization in Xinjiang including agricultural irrigation project construction,agricultural engineering water saving,crop strueture adjustment,drought resistant water-saving varieties cultivation and drip irrigation water-saving cultivation, points out that the solution of water resources utilization in Xinjiang is a systematic project,which requires the joint efforts of the government,water conservancy,law,scientific research and production.
