国际科研产出的提高是我国高校"双一流"建设的关键环节。结合前期对我国8所研究型高校图书情报院系中教师和在读博士生的调研,探讨了"双一流"建设背景下提高我国高校国际科研产出的相关对策。

The improvement of international scientific research output is the key link of ＂double first-class＂ construction in China＇s colleges and universities. Combining with the investigation and study of the teachers and doctoral students in the library and Information Department of 8 research universities in China, this paper probes into the relevant countermeasures to improve the international scientific research output of universities in China under the ＂double first- class＂ construction background.
