Coordinate Measurement Method Based on PC-DMIS for Product Car

基于PC-DMIS软件,以迭代法建立了产品车身坐标系,给出了一套针对产品车的检测方法,实现了产品车车身元素的测量、尺寸评价及报告输出,为相关部门解决产品车问题、改进产品车质量提供了强大的数据基础。

Based on PC-DMIS software,this paper establishes a set of product body coordinate system by iterative method, gives a set of detection methods for the product car, realizes the measurement, size evaluation and report output of the vehicle body,provides a powerful data base for the relevant departments to solve the product vehicle problems and improve the quality of the products.
