摘要
制备负离子粉改性沥青、并设计负离子粉改性沥青混合料,成型复合车辙板试件并埋置温度传感器,测试负离子粉改性沥青混合料的降温效果及路用性能。结果表明:负离子粉改性沥青路面有显著的降温效果,路表和5cm深度处的最高温度比普通沥青路面降低了11.4℃和10.3℃;比起普通沥青混合料,负离子粉改性沥青混合料的水稳定性提高4%左右,动稳定度提高了25.8%,而低温弯曲应变则降低了7.2%。
The negative ions powder modified asphalt was prepared experimentally and the asphalt mixture with negative ions powder was designed. The composite specimen for rutting test was molded with temperature sensor embedded. And also the temperature reducing property and road performances of asphalt mixture with negative ions powder were investigated. The results indicate that negative ions powder have a significant effect on the temperature reducing property, with 11.4℃ temperature reduced on road surface and 10. 3℃ temperature reduced at the inner pavement with 5 cm from surface. Compared with ordinary asphalt mixture, the water stability and dynamic stability of negative ions powder modified asphalt mixture increased by 4% and 25.8% , while the bending strain reduced by 15.9%.
