少数民族非物质文化遗产产业化研究——以“恭城油茶制作技艺”为例

A Study on the Industrialization of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Ethnic Minority - A Case Study of ＂Gongcheng Camellia Making Techniques＂

非物质文化遗产（以下简称“非遗”）在现代文明冲击下生存受到严峻挑战。尤其是少数民族“非遗”。其保护与传承是近年来的热点问题，不少“非遗”已通过产业化运作实现了良性保护与发展。少数民族“非遗”由于封闭性和脆弱性更显著，更加需要现代化产业运作来进行保护。本文以“恭城油茶制作技艺”这一极具民族风情的“非遗”为例，探究少数民族“非遗”在市场中如何进行保护与发展。

The intangible cultural heritage seriously challenged by the survival of modern civilization, especially the minority ＂Intangible ckltural neritage＂. Its protection and heritage is a hot issue in recent years, many ＂Intangible cultural heritage＂ has been through the industrialization of the operation to achieve a benign protection and development. Minority ＂Intangible ckltural neritage＂ because of the closure and vulnerability is more significant, more need for modern industry operation to protect. In this paper, ＂Gongcheng Camellia production skills,＂ this very national customs of the ＂Intangible cldtural neritage＂ as an example, to explore the minority ＂Intangible ckltural neritaget＂ in the market how to protect and develop.
