乡村旅游发展中社区参与研究——以新乡市回龙景区为例

乡村旅游的发展与社区紧密相连，社区居民的有效参与是乡村旅游可持续发展的重要途径。随着乡村旅游的迅速发展，社区参与方面暴露出的问题也越来越多。本文以回龙景区为例，通过实地走访和收集数据资料，分析回龙社区居民的参与态度、参与能力、参与内容、参与模式等现状。发现回龙社区参与存在着收入分配机制尚不健全、参与层次较低、参与形式单一、参与年龄界定不合理等四个方面的问题。针对目前存在的这些问题，本文认为建立合理的利益分配机制，创新培训体系和学习方式，提高居民参与能力，深度开发旅游文化产品，扩充居民的参与形式，并注重老年人的参与，对乡村旅游的发展具有重要的意义。

With the rapid development of rural tourism, community participation in the exposed problems are more and more. In this paper, taking Huilong scenic area as an example, this paper analyzes the attitudes, participation ability, participation content and participation mode of Huilong community residents through field visits and data collection. It is found that the income distribution mechanism of Huilong community is not perfect, Participation level is low, participation in a single form, to participate in the definition of age is not reasonable and other four aspects of the problem. In view of these problems, this paper argues that the establishment of a reasonable mechanism for the distribution of benefits, innovation training system and learning methods, improve the ability of residents to participate in the development of tourism and cultural products in depth, expand the participation of residents, and focus on the participation of the elderly, The development of the important significance.
