p16表达异常与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 作为一种抑癌基因,p16能通过阻遏细胞周期而抑制细胞增殖,p16基因失活亦是肿瘤发生发展与侵袭转移的重要因素。导致p16失活的原因主要包括基因缺失或突变,以及基因启动子甲基化所致的表观遗传性表达抑制。但在部分肿瘤组织中,p16表达显著性上调,这可能是致癌因素激活p16基因表达的结果。本文简要综述近年来p16基因表达与肿瘤相关性的研究进展。 As a tumor suppressor gene, p16 can repress cell proliferation by inhibiting cell cycle and p16 inactivation is also an important fators in development, invasion and metastasis of tumor. The main causes of p16 inactivation include gene deletion or mutation, and the epigenetic inhibition though methylation of p16 gene promoter. However, in some tumor tissues, the expression of p16 was significantly up-regulated, which may be the result from the p16 gene activation induced by oncogenic factors. This paper brief overview the recent advances in the studies of the relationship between p16 gene expression and tumors.
