基于系统工程的航天器专业化测试模式探索与实践

Exploration and Practice on Spacecraft Specialization Test Mode Based on Systems Engineering

综合运用航天系统工程理论与方法,系统识别能力提升要素,从系统层面思考和改进航天器综合测试的管理方法、工作程序及工具手段等。结合航天器研制任务特点,在一定资源、时间和成本约束条件下,开展航天器综合测试流程再造、资源优化配置及组织模式创新等一系列专业化测试模式的探索与实践。针对批产航天器,建立流水线组批测试模式;针对复杂新研航天器,建立专业化集群测试模式。通过构建统一的多航天器自动化测试平台,建立测试用例库、测试流程库和测试故障模式库,推进基于测试用例的一键式自动化测试,实现测试任务的精细分解、测试资源的优化配置、测试风险的精细管控。该专业化测试模式既能确保航天器测试任务的质量与安全,又能解决后续日益增长的高峰测试任务需求与有限测试资源之间的突出矛盾,可供其他工程测试任务参考。

Space systems engineering theory and methods are used to improve the manage-ment ,working procedures and tools of spacecraft integration test,which is accomplished by systematically identifying the elements of ability enhancement. Under certain resources , t im eand cost constraints, a s er i es o f expl or at i on a nd pr act i ce o n s pe c i al i z a t i on t est mode o fspacecraft are carried out,such as test process reengineering , t e s t r e s o u r c e s o p t im i z a t i o nconfiguration , and test organi zat i on model innovat i on. A pipel i ne group bat ch test mode forthe batch production spacecraft is set up,and a specialization cluster test mode for new complex spacecraft is established. The unified spacecraft automated test platform , t e s t c a s e library , test process library and test failure mode library have been built, w h i c h r e a l i z e s t h e“one-click” automated test, f in e d e c omp o s i t io n o f t e s t t as k , d y n am ic c o n f ig u r a t io n o f t e s t r e -sources and fine control of test risk. The specialization test mode not only ensures the quality and safety,but also solves the prominent contradiction between the growing peak test task requirements and relative limited test resources, w h ic h c a n p ro v id e a r e f e r e n c e f o r o th e r t e s t p ro je c t .
