摘要
铁路电气化直通运输是沿海港口集疏运体系发展面临的热点问题,对于综合性港口而言,作为汇集多种运输方式的枢纽,其整体效率取决于各种运输方式的装卸工艺、运营效率和相互衔接,其中任何一种运输方式的运营效率都将受到整体效率的制约,"相互协调"才是港口内各种集疏运设施安排的首要因素。本文以黄骅港、宁波—舟山港为例,深入分析电气化铁路适用的港口类型,探讨综合性港口疏港铁路衔接方案及运营管理模式,并提出相关建议。
Railway electrification direct transportation is a hot issue in the development of coastal port collection and distribution system. For a comprehensive port, as a collection of a variety of transport modes of transport hub, its overall efficiency depends on a variety of transport methods of handling technology, operational efficiency and mutual convergence, Efficiency constraints. " Mutual coordination" is the collection and distribution facilities within the port set the primary factor. Taking the port of Huanghua Port, Ningbo-Zhoushan Port as an example, this paper analyzes the types of ports applicable to electrified railway, discusses the connecting plan and operation management mode of the integrated port and railway, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
