从二次置换渣中富集铑铱新工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 二次合金中为铑、铱的含量均在0~30 g/t,而铑铱精矿(二次置换渣),Rh0.1%~0.26%,Ir0.1%~0.28%。铑铱提取工艺复杂、生产流程冗长,致使其直收率较低,生产成本高。金川集团贵金属冶炼厂已经成功组织进行了二次置换渣→常压选择性浸出富集贵金属的实验研究,铑铱加压渣的贵金属含量达到了10%左右,浸出液中贵金属含量达到废液排放标准。 The content of rhodium and iridium in the secondary alloy is 0 -30g/t, whiletherhodiumi- ridium concentrate ( secondary displacement slag) , Rh0. 1 % -0. 2 6 % , Ii0. 1 % -0. 2 8 % . The rhodium iridium extraction process is complex, the production process is long, resulting in its straight yield low, and high production costs. The precious metal smelter in Jinchuan Group successfully organizes the sec-ond displacement residue to atmospheric pressure selective leaching enrichment of precious metals experi-mental study, rhodium iridium pressure residue of precious metals content is about 10% , and leaching solution of precious metals content meets the waste discharge standards.
